Frequently asked questions
My notes are messy fragments. Will that work?
Yes. That is the normal input. The generator reconstructs process structure from partial phrases and marks anything it had to infer as an explicit assumption you can review. The cleaner the decision logic in your notes, the fewer assumptions it needs.
What does it do with open questions in the notes?
Unresolved items (like a parked "what happens when the match fails?") are not invented into the diagram. They appear in the assumptions list, which doubles as your follow-up question list for the next session.
Can it combine notes from several workshops?
Yes. Paste or attach multiple documents in one generation, for example the as-is workshop notes plus the follow-up email answering open questions, and they are treated as one body of source material.
How is this different from asking ChatGPT to draw the process?
