BPMN examples
58 real business processes drawn as BPMN 2.0 diagrams, organised by department. Study the modelling choices, download any diagram as a .bpmn file, or generate your own version from a plain description.
Good examples are the fastest way to learn BPMN. Each diagram in this library models a process you will recognise, uses pools, lanes, gateways, and events the way the OMG BPMN 2.0.2 specification intends, and passes the same 19 normative rules that the free validator checks. Every page explains the modelling decisions, not just the happy path.
The .bpmn downloads are standard BPMN 2.0 interchange XML with full diagram interchange, so they open in Camunda Modeler, Signavio, Bizagi, or any other compliant tool. If a diagram is close to your process but not quite right, the fastest route is to describe your version in plain English and let Swimdraft draw and validate it for you.
