What a credit covers
One credit buys one generated diagram, and that includes the whole validation loop. If the first draft breaks one of the 19 normative BPMN 2.0.2 rules we check, Swimdraft repairs and re-validates it automatically. Those repair attempts are part of the same credit, never extra charges.
Everything after generation is free. Editing in the studio, live re-validation on every change, saving, and exporting to SVG, PNG, or .bpmn cost nothing, on the free tier and forever after. You only pay when you ask for a new diagram.
If a generation fails because of a service error on our side, the credit goes straight back on your balance automatically.

Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them. Buy a pack today and generate the last diagram from it next year if you like.
Is there a subscription?
No. Packs are one-time purchases. There is nothing to cancel, no monthly fee, and no auto-renewal. When you run low, buy another pack.
What does the free tier include?
Everything. Your first 5 diagrams get the same generator, the same spec validation with clause citations, the full editor, and every export format. The free tier is limited by diagram count, not features, and no card is required.
What counts as one credit?
One generated diagram, including all automatic spec-repair attempts on that generation. Editing an existing diagram, re-validating it, and exporting it are free and do not use credits.
What happens if a generation fails?
If the failure is a service error on our side, the credit is refunded to your balance automatically. You are never charged for a diagram you did not receive.
Can I get an invoice or pay by card?
Payments are card payments handled by Stripe, and Stripe emails you a receipt for every purchase. Prices are in GBP.
